1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.

  • You will receive an email/WhatsApp message once your order is shipped.

2. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times:

  • Metro Cities: 3–6 working days

  • Other Cities: 5–9 working days

  • Remote Areas: 7–12 working days

Delivery timelines may vary depending on courier partners, weather, or logistics issues.

3. Shipping Charges

  • We offer free shipping on orders above a certain amount (as per ongoing offers).

  • Standard shipping charges apply for orders below the free-shipping threshold.

  • COD orders may include additional COD handling fees.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available on selected pincodes.

  • COD orders may require verification via OTP/confirmation call.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • Tracking ID

  • Courier partner name

  • Live tracking link

You can track your package until delivery.

6. Wrong Address / Attempted Delivery

Please ensure your address and contact number are correct.

We are not responsible for:

  • Failed deliveries due to incorrect address

  • Delays caused by customer not being available

  • Re-delivery fees charged by courier partners

If an order returns due to an incorrect address, reshipping charges will apply.

7. Damaged / Opened Package

If you receive a damaged or tampered package:

  • Do not accept the delivery

  • Take clear photos & videos

  • Contact us immediately within 24 hours

We will arrange a replacement or resolve the issue based on the situation.

8. International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
