Return & Refund Policy

At CUIER STITCH, we want you to have a smooth and satisfying shopping experience. If you are not fully happy with your purchase, please review our return and refund guidelines below.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

  • Tags, labels, brand boxes, and protective coverings must be intact.

  • The return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

  • Perfumes and personal-use products can be returned only if unopened and unused due to hygiene reasons.


2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned:

  • Perfumes that have been opened or used

  • Items showing signs of use, wear, or physical damage

  • Items purchased during special Sale/Offer/Clearance events

  • Accessories such as sunglasses or watches with tampered or missing protective films


3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp/Call at 91041 31498 or email at info@cuierstitch.com.

  2. Provide your Order ID, reason for return, and photos/videos of the product.

  3. Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup (if available) or ask you to self-ship the item.

  4. After the product passes quality check, your refund or exchange will be processed.


4. Refund Policy

Refunds will be issued in the following ways:

  • Prepaid orders: Refunded to your original payment method.

  • COD orders: Refunded via bank transfer or UPI.

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after QC approval.

Note:
Shipping charges, COD fees, and convenience fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.


5. Exchange Policy

You may request an exchange for:

  • Wrong product received

  • Size/color issue (if applicable for the product)

  • Defective or damaged item (unboxing video required)

Exchanges depend on product availability.


6. Damaged or Wrong Product Received

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Report it to us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Provide clear photos and an unboxing video as proof.

  • We will arrange a free replacement or issue a refund after verification.


7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.

  • Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
